About Support Requests

When submitting a request for support, please make sure to correctly fill out all of the required fields. This is especially important for the e-mail field. Without a valid e-mail address, we will not be able to reply to your request for support.

About Responses

Please understand that our response to your request may take some time depending on the type of problem (verifying the issue, creating a workaround/solution etc).

Also, the following may explain a delayed response:

  • The support center is closed/unavailable on weekends, holidays, and company-related holidays. Please expect responses for e-mails received during these times on or after the following business day.
  • Responses on days following weekends or company off-days may be extremely busy, we appreciate your patience during these times and rest assured we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

We are not able to provide any information regarding titles that are currently in development or future titles.
