Thanks to all of you it's been two years since the game's release! We have successfully reached the milestone of our second anniversary with Season 13. The entire team is sincerely grateful to everyone who has played and supported the game.Thank you so much for the past two years!

We intend to continue developing more content to make MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE an even better game and hope you continue to enjoy playing. Of course, what everyone is probably most excited about for Season 13 is the new playable character!

We are pleased to announce the release of Izuku Midoriya OFA! He will be joining the game as a brand-new character, completely different from the Izuku Midoriya character included in the game's launch. Izuku Midoriya OFA was created with the image of Izuku Midoriya at the end of the Hero Academia story in mind, using the Quirks from the previous One For All successors.

Featuring easy-to-use moves like his Quirk Skill α, with a wide-reaching long-range attack, and his Quirk Skill β, which allows for a high-speed charge, he can easily gain an advantage over opponents. He can also use his Quirk Skill γ to Gearshift and unleash even more powerful moves in Overdrive mode.

He can also support allies with his Special Action "Smoke Screen" and further enhance his own abilities with "Fa Jin." While his many abilities make him a challenging character to use, we hope you'll give him a try and become a Midoriya Izuku OFA master!

To express our gratitude, we've prepared two special Rolls to celebrate our second anniversary: the Select Hot Picks Roll and the Anniversary Special Roll. In both Rolls, players can choose from eight Battle Styles featured in Rolls prior to Season 12.

The Select Hot Picks Roll is a 10x Roll that increases your chances of obtaining the eight characters selected. Special tickets will be distributed as a weekly login bonus. Using these, players can do a 10x Roll for free at least once a week.

The Anniversary Special Roll is a 1x Roll that guarantees one of the eight characters selected. Players can obtain one special ticket for this Roll at Hero License Rank 30, so try to get one by playing the game!

They are also available for purchase in the shop! Battle Styles that were previously difficult to obtain are now easier to get, so don't miss out on this opportunity!

We have also added some new content to help players who began playing with Season 13, and those returning after an absence. This new content should help these players get up to speed quickly!

First, we would like to introduce the Beginner Mission Event! For new players unsure of how to play or what to try first, these missions are a good place to start.

Completing the missions will help players progress through the Special Licenses, where they can obtain characters such as Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki, and Tsuyu Asui. Players who complete all the missions will also earn a ticket for the Beginner Missions Roll!

In this Roll, players can obtain one of the Battle Styles that appeared in Rolls prior to Season 7, guaranteed! Of course, veteran players can still earn rewards by completing missions, so be sure to give it a try!

We have also taken this opportunity to lift the rank cap for the Special License! Ranks 31-60 have been added, as well as new Name Plates and PUR costumes, so we hope players will enjoy aiming for these rewards!

Next, we would like to announce the Comeback Login Bonus! We have prepared a special login bonus to make it easier for players who last logged in before 12:29 PM on August 20, 2025 (JST) to return to the game. Returning players can obtain 200 Roll Tickets over seven days, to use with their favorite Roll!

Lastly, we would like to announce the My Hero ULTRA IMPACT Collab Campaign!

As previously announced on our official social media accounts, limited-time missions will be added to both titles during Season 13. (Starting September 25, 2025)

By completing missions in ULTRA RUMBLE, players can obtain 29 types of character data and 50 character data exchange tickets needed to tune costumes. Complete all missions to receive one character ticket! Additionally, by linking a Bandai Namco ID between both titles and completing missions in ULTRA IMPACT, players can obtain an additional 100 character data. Players who complete all missions will receive one character ticket! 

Play both games to obtain tons of items that can be used to tune costumes! We hope that ULTRA RUMBLE players will take this opportunity to try out ULTRA IMPACT!

Additionally, the Twitch Drops Campaign that was implemented at the time of the game's release will make a comeback in Season 13. By watching videos tagged with MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE for a certain amount of time on Twitch Drops, players can obtain costumes, skins, and Roll tickets. This campaign will run from 5:00 PM on September 25th to 12:29 PM on October 22nd (JST). Detailed participation instructions will be posted on the official website at a later date, so please check there for details.

Finally, we would like to address an issue where players may be unable to pick up items or use Quirk Skills at the start of battle. We are currently investigating the cause of and ways to resolve this issue. As a temporary solution for Season 13, we have decided to implement an adjustment where if a member of your team is experiencing this issue, the entry fee for ranked matches will be 0 for all other team members.

We will continue to work towards resolving this issue, so we appreciate your patience.
