An Update on Last Night's Maintenance

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize about last night’s emergency maintenance that resulted in servers rolling back 1.5 hours. Our priority is, and always will be, providing the finest service possible to our players and in that effort, we acted swiftly with that mentality in mind.
Last night, we performed an emergency maintenance on an issue we discovered with the expiration of the Bless Pass Season 1. After verifying an issue where some accounts were receiving duplicate Bless Pass rewards, we chose to take swift actions to prevent exploitation.
We quickly shut down the servers for the teams to perform a server rollback. The development team resolved this issue with a server patch to prevent additional Bless Pass rewards from being sent, and to remove any unclaimed Bless Pass mails. An unfortunate and unintended side effect was that this patch ended the current events early. We sincerely apologize for this matter. We have heard your feedback about this event, and it will return at some point in the future.
