Awakened Content Update Releasing October 14, 2021

We are pleased to finally be able to announce the date for the next content update, Awakened: October 14. We know these delays have been very frustrating, and we want to thank our players for their patience with this extensive delay. 

After much discussion, the development team decided to end the relationship between Blessings and Skills. 

They were well aware that users wanted to use more skill combinations and this update was the perfect opportunity to make that a reality.

Through this update, users can now grow their characters to obtain the skills they want and and freely equip them. Moreover, through SP, they can grow their desired skills even stronger. This means that Blessings are no longer responsible for skill combination and growth.

Blessings now create one big combat style through 4 passive effects. For example, the Ranger’s Tempest Shot is powerful, but takes a lot of time to charge, making it difficult to use. However, wearing the Gift of Valor Blessing allows users to use the Tempest Shot faster and stronger. Of course there will be users who like skills opposite from the Tempest Shot. For these users, we recommend The Crescent Moon Blessing. This Blessing allows users to unleash fast attacks like Tempest Volley and Thundering Arrows.

Not only this, but skills with poor usability (Crusader’s slash or shield wall) have been improved, and the basic mechanics of the Priest have also been updated!

From now on, choose a blessing that suits your taste and grow it, test various skill combinations, and enjoy a different combat experience from before.

Let’s go into further details for Berserker, Guardian, Mage, Priest, and Ranger.

 

BERSERKER

Class Skills

Rage: Extinction

Replacing the Iron Stride skill, this skill consumes all rage and consumes 40% of the max HP to inflict powerful area damage centered on the Berserker. It is a chargeable skill, and the damage and range it deals increases according to the charge level.

 

Shoulder Strike 

Increased attack range. During dodge, you can press the doge key again to use it.

 

Skills

Charge

Increased movement distance to 20m and increased movement speed.

Inflicts damage while running, and if entering the skill one more time, it will attack and knock down the opponent. Afterwards, it can be connected with the Whirlwind combo (YYYY). 

 

Relentless Cleave

Reduced charge time.

 

Whirlwind

Slightly increased base duration and movement speed while in use. Reduced damage,

 

Furious Earthbreaker

Reduced damage during rage.

 

Furious Guillotine 

Reduced damage during rage.

 

BLESSINGS

> Gift of Valor

Blade Wind

When targets are hit with Whirlwind, there is a chance of applying the Bleeding effect to enemies, and the Blade Wind effect to the Berserker. Bleeding is a DoT effect that is active for 10 seconds which can be stacked up to 3 times. Blade Wind lasts for 20 seconds and can be stacked up to 10 times. Each stack increases the damage of Whirlwind by 6.5%.

 

Rushing Storm

Upon combo hit, there is a chance to inflict the Rushing Storm effect that increases the duration of Whirlwind by 1 second. This effect can stack up to 10 times, and is removed on hit with a whirlwind strike. When a combo hit is made, there is a chance of reducing the cooldown of Whirlwind by 1 second.

 

Eye of the Storm

Hitting targets with Leap Attack decreases the cooldown of Whirlwind. The cooldown of Whirlwind is reset immediately after Rage is used, and the effects Blade Wind and Rushing Storm are stacked.

 

Avatar of the Storm

Increases the damage of slash combos and skills, and increases the critical hit chance. 

 

> Mark of the Wolf

Preheat

Gives a preheat effect for a certain period of time when hitting shoulder strike. 

While this effect is in effect, the continuous Relentless Cleave, Furious Earthbreaker (without using Rage) are immediately used at full charge. 

 

Charging Grasp

Hitting targets with combos and Whirlwind decreases the cooldown of Relentless Cleave and Furious Earthbreaker (without using Rage)

 

Deep Impact

Decreases the cooldown for Shoulder Strike -100%. Increases Shoulder Slam's damage

 

Beating Earth

Increases the damage of Shock-type combos and skills and Max Stamina 

 

> Lionheart Legacy

Beast Lord's Attack

Using Shock attacks applies the Attack Warning effect for a certain period of time. Successful Slash attacks while the Attack Warning effect is active activates the Beast Lord's Attack effect and increases Critical Hit Rate +20% for a certain period of time. This effect can be stacked up to 5 times.
 

Beast Lord's Advance

Using Slash attacks applies the Attack Warning effect for a certain period of time. Successful Shock attacks while the Attack Warning effect is active activates the Beast Lord's Advance effect and increases Attack Speed +2% for a certain period of time. This effect can be stacked up to 5 times.

 

Consecutive Strike

Successful hits with skills apply the Consecutive Strike effect to yourself for a certain period of time. Consecutive Strike increases Attack Power +2% and can be stacked up to 10 times.

 

Unleashing the Wildness

Reduced skill cooldown and increased critical damage.

 

> The Crescent Moon

Raging Hunger

Hitting 4 or more targets with Rage: Extinction when it is fully charged activates the Gluttonous Blood Leech effect for a certain period of time. Reduces the cooldown of Rage: Extinction

 

Suppress Pain

Activates the Suppress Pain effect for a certain period of time when the user's HP is below a certain level. The Suppress Pain effect increases Defense +15% and creates a protective shield that blocks 2 enemy attacks.

 

Overcome Pain

Defeating an enemy under the Suppress Pain effect restores  HP and resets the Protective Shield effect.

 

Imposing

Decreases the cooldown for Warcry skills and increases Defense

 

CRUSADER

Class Skills

Guard

Increased base guard armor from 80% to 88%. Reduced base guard gauge consumption by 40%. Increased cooldown from 2 to 5 seconds.

 

Shield Throw

Removed from the game.

 

Chains of War

Damage enemies ahead of you with sharp chains and gather them in front of the Crusader. You recover up to 5% of your max HP by consuming Bravery if you attack the enemy when you have Bravery. The amount of recovered HP is in proportion to the number of enemies damaged. This skill does not break combos even when it is used during a combo.

 

SKILLS

Daring Assault
Connects to Spinning Splash (XXXX) after use.

 

Dauntless Charge
Increased movement distance to 20m and increased movement speed. Connects to Shield Crash (XXYY) after use.

 

Burning Blade
Connects to Sunrise Strike (YYYY) after use..

 

Counterattack
Skill has been changed. When used, it becomes a defense standby state for 1 second. If an attack comes in while in defense standby, damage is reduced by 99% and counterattacks. If there is no attack while in defense standby state, skill will end without counterattacking.

 

Twin Slash
Quickly fires energy from the sword to attack enemies at range.  

 

Shield Wall

This skill has been changed. Now creates an area that reduces the damage taken at the crusader’s location. The barrier lasts for 20 seconds by default, and the crusader can do other actions while the barrier is maintained!

 

BLESSINGS

> Gift of Valor

Powerful Shout

Using Shout-type combos and skills immediately activates Final Strike at full charge for a period of time and increases damage. 

 

Brave Assault

Hitting enemies with Final Strike at full charge decreases the cooldown of Charge-type skills 

 

Concentrated Power

Enables Final Strike to be charged up to 2 times and increases the Skill Lv. Pulling a certain amount of enemies with Chains of War immediately charges the skill once.

 

The Eternal Warrior

Increases damage of Charge skills and defense

 

> Mark of the Wolf

Fang of the Wolf

Slash-type combos and skills have a certain % chance to cause bleeding for a certain amount of time. Bleeding can be stacked up to 3 times.

 

Howl of the Wolf

Using Shout-type combos and skills increases the duration of bleeding within the skill's radius. Increases the Skill Lv. of Shout skills.

 

Razor Claw

While Zealot's Fire is activated, attacks have a certain % chance to cause bleeding. If Chains of War is used on an enemy with Bleeding stacked more than a certain amount of times, then Excess Bleeding will be applied. Excess Bleeding will be applied at the same time as Bleeding.

 

Wolf Soul

Increases the Attack Power of Slash-type combos and Critical Hit Rate 

 

> Lionheart Legacy

Roar of the Lion

Shout-type combos and skills damage enemies within a 5 m radius with a% of your Attack Power. Shout skills can be charged up to 2 times.

 

Shout

The effects of Shout-type combos and skills increase the damage of Warcry, Great Slash, and Spinning Slash. Using Shout skills has a % chance of activating the effect 1 more time.

 

Overwhelming Defense

Using Guard or Counterattack gives the currently active Shout skill a % chance to reactivate without any motion.

 

Powerful Cry

Reduces the cooldown of Shout-type skills and increases the defense penetration rate.

 

> The Crescent Moon

Crescent Slash

Increases the damage of Slash skills and charges them up to 2 times. Additionally, the Head to Head Match effect is applied for a certain period of time every time a Slash skill hits an enemy.

 

Armed Frontline

Successful Counter-attacks restore HP and resets the cooldown of Slash skills. Successful Counter-attacks against enemies under the Head to Head Match effect increase the damage of Counterattack

 

Crescent Trade

Hitting enemies with combos has a 30% chance to decrease the cooldown of Slash skills. Hitting enemies with Slash skills decreases the cooldown of Counterattack.

 

Moonlight Flash

Increases maximum health and increases combo damage.

 

MAGE

Class Skills

Concentrate

Can gather up to 150% of mana by concentrate

 

Amplify

Changed so Amplify restores mana from 70% to 100%. Amplify grants +2% Attack Power for each Mana Crystal consumed. However, defense is reduced by 50% during the amplified state, and the Daze applied when attacking in the amplified state has been removed.

 

Frost Shield

Using Frost Shield continuously applies damage and slows nearby enemies.

 

Arcane Storm

Removed from game.

 

Arcane Barrage

A new class skill has been added in place of Arcane storm. Consumes all mana crystals to shoot a powerful arcane beam, dealing heavy damage to enemies. Damage increases proportional to the number of mana crystals consumed.

Arcane Barrage can be maintained for a certain period of time and can change direction while in use, but cannot move. 

 

SKILLS

Frost Spike

Connects to Frost Bomb (X-X-Y-Y-Y) combo after using stage 3.

 

Arcane Lightning

Connects to Arcane Burst (Stage1) (X-X-X-X-X-Y)  after use.

 

Flame Wave

Changed to consume more mana in the beginning rather than further on. When used, it creates a continuous damage area on the floor equal to the skill’s damage area. Connects to Sundering Blast (Y-Y-Y-Y) combo after using (stage 3).

 

Arcane Flash

Changed so that it can be used up to 2 times in a row with Frost Spike and Flame Wave.

 

Blizzard 

Base duration has been increased from 5 to 8 sec.
 

BLESSINGS

> Gift of Valor

Frost Circulation

Frost Spike can be charged up to 2 times. Attacking enemies with Frost Nova has a certain % chance to immediately charge Frost Spike 1 time.

 

Frozen Solid

Attacking enemies with Frost-type combos and skills has a % chance to apply the Frozen Solid effect on enemies for a certain amount of time. The Frozen Solid effect slows down the target's Movement Speed and can be stacked up to 5 times.

 

Ice Breaking

Hitting enemies under the Frozen Solid effect with an Arcane skill increases the damage dealt to them and decreases the cooldown of Frost skills a certain %  for each stack. This will disable the Frozen Solid effect.

 

Arcane Penetration

Arcane combos and skills increase damage and defense penetration.

 

> Mark of the Wolf

Blizzard

Attacking enemies with Frost Nova summons a Blizzard that damages enemies within range over time for 8 sec. Increases the damage of Blizzard

 

Absolute Zero

Being within the area of Blizzard or Frost Nova decreases the Mana cost of Frost skills 

 

Amplify Frost

Increases additional Mana available for overcharging. (base value 1500) Mana can be fully overcharged by using Amplify. Each successful Critical Hit decreases the cooldown of Frost skills

 

Frost Wolf

Increases the damage of frost combos and skills, and increases critical damage

 

> Lionheart Legacy

Chain Explosion

Applying the Scald effect has a % chance to apply the Chain Explosion effect to yourself, and using Firebomb in this situation causes the Chain Explosion effect to be additionally applied to the target. Increases the damage of Chain Explosion and Meteor.

 

Madness of Fire

Applying the Scald effect has a % chance to apply the Madness of Fire effect to yourself, and using Flame Wave or Meteor in this situation causes meteors to be dropped in the area. Increases the damage of the meteors.

 

Boost Firepower

Decreases the Mana cost of Flame-type combos while increasing their damage. The activation of the Chain Explosion effect or the Madness of Fire effect reduces the cooldown of Flame skills 

 

Heart of Fire

Reduces the mana consumption of flame-type combos and skills, and increases the critical strike chance.

 

> The Crescent Moon

Chosen by Arcane

Hitting enemies with Arcane-type combos and skills has a % chance to activate the chosen by Arcane effect which increases Critical Hit Rate and Critical Hit Damage for a certain period of time. The Chosen by Arcane effect can be stacked up to 5 times. This deactivates the Chosen by Flame effect.

 

Chosen by Flame

Hitting enemies with Flame-type combos and skills has a % chance to activate the Chosen by Flame effect which increases Attack Power and Attack Speed for a certain period of time. The Chosen by Flame effect can be stacked up to 5 times. This deactivates the Chosen by Arcane effect.

 

Elemental Detection

Using Arcane skills when the Chosen by Arcane effect is stacked to the maximum activates the Flame Detection effect, which increases the next Flame skill's damage for 10 sec. Using Flame skills when the Chosen by Flame effect is stacked to the maximum activates the Arcane Detection effect, which increases the next Arcane skill's damage

 

Arcane Mastery

Reduced the mana consumption of fire-type combos and skills, and reduced the cooldown of arcane skills.

 

PRIEST

Holy Energy

Holy Energy is no longer automatically restored. You can gain energy when attacking enemies with combos or skills. The energy obtained in this way is consumed when using class skills.
 

Class Skills

Sacred Ground

Changed from a class skill to a regular skill. Duration increased from 20 seconds to 40 seconds.

 

Retribution

Changed from a class skill to a regular skill.

 

Consign to Darkness

Changed from a class skill to a regular skill.

 

Escape the Wicked

Changed from a class skill to a regular skill.

 

Shield of Faith

Changed from a regular skill to a class skill.

Changed charge level. For level 1, apply a shield only to yourself. For level 2, apply a shield to nearby allies, including yourself. It has been changed to be impossible to move while in use.

 

Blades of Justice

Changed from a regular skill to a class skill. Increased base damage.

 

Healing Nova

Changed from a regular skill to a class skill. The amount of healing has been reduced, but the effect of reviving nearby allies during the near death state has been added.

 

Radiant Form

New class skill. You transform into a Radiant Form and move quickly for 10 sec. When the skill is cancelled or the duration ends, it creates an area that heals nearby allies.

 

SKILLS

Smiting Fist

Removed from the game.

 

Holy Flame

Connects to Wrath (X-X-Y-Y-Y) combo after use.

 

Judgment

Ability to apply judgement to enemies in a wide area in front through the Hold button has been removed. Judgement can now only be applied to a single target. Connects to Charging Vengeance(Y-Y-Y) combo after use.
 

Healing Sphere

The duration of the healing orb has been increased.

> Gift of Valor

Trance

Critical Hits apply the Trance effect to self for a certain time. Trance increases the user's Critical Hit Rate and can be stacked up to 5 times.

 

Circle of Punishment

Enables Divine Strike to be charged up to 2 times.

Successful Critical Hits with Divine Strike decrease the cooldown of all other Smite skills

 

Righteous Judgement

Blades of Justice doubles the effect of Trance. When Blades of Justice hits as a Critical Hit, a % of consumed Holy Energy is immediately restored.

 

Fury

Increases the Attack Power of Smite-type combos and skills and Critical Hit Rate 

 

> Mark of the Wolf

Life Force

Having a % or more Max HP increases Attack Power 

 

Protection and Sacrifice

Under the Shield of Faith effect, you can use skills without any cooldown. In return, it consumes a % HP. (Doesn't apply when the remaining HP is at or below a certain %) Class Skills are not affected by this effect.

 

Last Stand

The Last Stand effect is activated for a certain amount of time when the user's HP is at or below a %. (Available once every 90 sec) The Last Stand effect increases the user's Movement Speed and constantly restores HP.

 

Bold

Increases the damage of Holy Bolt-type combos and skills and Max HP 

 

> Lionheart Legacy

Burning Judgment

Enables Holy Flame to be charged up to 2 times. Damaging enemies under the effect of Judgment over time with Holy Flame has a % chance to increase the duration of Judgment +2 sec.

 

Benediction

Attacking enemies under the effect of Judgment has a % chance to obtain the Benediction effect. Stacking Benediction 7 times consumes all stacks and creates healing orbs near the Priest. Increases the healing amount of the healing orbs.

 

Fervor

Attacking enemies under the effect of Judgment has a % chance to obtain the Compassion effect. The Compassion effect lasts for a certain time, and each stack increases Attack Speed +1% and Attack Power +4%. Can be stacked up to 5 times.

 

Executioner

Reduces the cooldown of Smite skills and increases Critical Hit Damage 

 

> Crescent Moon

Wave of Punishment

Enables Healing Wave to be stacked up to2 times. Hitting enemies with Smite skills decreases the cooldown of Healing Wave
 

Overflow

Using healing skills has a % chance to apply the Overflow effect to self. This effect can be stacked up to 5 times. Using Divine Strike consumes removes all Overflow effects and increases damage. Damage is increased according to the amount of stacked Overflow.

 

Eruption

Attacking enemies has a % chance to apply the Eruption effect to yourself. This effect can be stacked up to 10 times. Using Healing Wave consumes all Eruption and increases the healing amount. Healing amount is increased according to the amount of stacked Eruption.

 

Warrior of the Moon

Increases the damage of Smite-type combos and skills and Defense Penetration.

 

RANGER

Combos

Evasive Shot , Retreating Shot, Penetrating Shot

Target-attacking combo, and the combo hits the target at the time of firing.

 

Class skills

Reload

Performing other actions such as sprinting, jumping, or looting while preparing for combat will not cancel combat readiness. Filling arrows while being combat ready will give more arrows. This is a change to make a valuable choice for both users who use combat preparation and those who do not, and this has increased the amount of natural recovery of arrows when not equipped with combat preparation.
 

Tempest Shot

Changed attack method. No longer fires actual projectiles and has been changed to a target attack skill. Reduced damage

 

SKILLS

Erupting Arrow

No longer stands and shoots arrows, it jumps up from the spot and fires arrows. After that, you can hit the next hit by pressing the button once more.

 

Parting Shot

After using Parting Shot, you can move further by pressing the skill button once more with direction control. The judgment area has been changed from a skill that attacks a single target from a distance to a skill that attacks an enemy that approaches close range.
 

Bottomless Quiver

Increased base duration.

 

Tempest Volley

Changed to target attack skill.

 

BLESSINGS

> Gift of Valor

Ramming Arrow

Increase the damage of Tempest Shot and reduce the amount of arrows consumed by Rush and Double Shot type skills. 

 

Sharpshooter

When targets are hit with Rush-type and Double Shot-type combos or skills 3 times, the Flashing effect is applied to you for a certain amount of time. The Flashing effect decreases the charging time of Tempest Shot -10% and can be stacked up to 8 times.

 

Neural Stimulation

Hitting enemies with combo attacks has a % chance to reduce the cooldown for Tempest Shot -1 sec for each hit. Tempest Shot is additionally recharged 1 - 2 times.

 

Bold

Increases maximum health and increases combo damage.

 

> Mark of the Wolf

Overload

Decreases the user's basic arrow capacity and increases the user's max special arrow capacity. Using Reload immediately after a successful Critical Hit refills all arrows without a cooldown. The Overload effect can be activated only when the Reload skill is equipped.

 

Fully Prepared

Holding special arrows increases Attack Power and Critical Hit Rate 

 

Natural Instincts

Using Bottomless Quiver increases the user's Attack Power for the skill's duration.

 

Instincts

Increases Critical Hit Rate and decreases the cooldown of Maneuver skills 

 

> Lionheart Legacy

Threat of the Beast

Hitting enemies with Rush-type or Double Shot-type combos and skills has a % chance to apply the Scarred effect on enemies. The Scarred effect increases the damage enemies receive and the effect can be stacked up to 5 times.

 

Encouragement

Attacking enemies with the Scarred effect stacked at max reduces their Attack Power for a certain amount of time, and may slightly reduce the cooldown for Bottomless Quiver at a chance.

 

Sharp Claws

Using Bottomless Quiver increases the chance for Rush-type and Double Shot-type combos and skills to activate the Scarred effect.

 

Fatal Hit

Increases the damage of Rush-type and Double Shot-type combos and skills and Defense Penetration

 

> Crescent Moon

Accumulate

Activates the Eye of the Storm effect by hitting enemies with Triple Shot, Hammer Shot, or Lightning Arrow. Each stack of the Eye of the Storm effect increases the damage of Tempest Volley and decreases the cooldown of Lightning Arrow. The Eye of the Storm effect can be stacked up to 100 times.

 

Learning the Ropes

Lightning Arrow is additionally charged 2 times. Decreases the arrow cost of Lightning Arrow.

 

Haste

Decreases skill charging time for Tempest Volley. Increases the damage of Tempest Volley 

 

Extend
Increases the damage of Double Shot-type combos and skills. Increases maximum capacity of arrows
