All Aboard! Revenge of the Puffin Has Pulled into the Station with Explosive New Content, Including Cutscenes, Campaigns, Challenges and More!

Time to hop back into the greatest explosive-laden, deck-building, train-themed game show as the new BATTLE TRAIN DLC, Revenge of the Puffin!, is now available. Co-developed by Terrible Posture Games, Inc. and Nerd Ninjas LLC., and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., players can step into a frosty new battlefield with Ludwig the Buffin, a brand-new Champion with a beak of vengeance and feathers of fury. The action-packed DLC delivers a fresh narrative experience, explosive new content and icy-cool challenges that will test every player's tactical mettle.

Clear the tracks for the new content coming in Revenge of the Puffin! Players can expect to see the following:

• A brand-new story arc revealing the shady origins of Aalvado, complete with fully voice acted and animated cutscenes!
• A brand-new non-roguelite campaign stuffed with over 27 handcrafted puzzles, fights and challenges to test out a players’ track laying skills.
• A slew of new content, including cards, train parts, ornaments, hats, stickers and some new opponents as well.
• The ability to play as some fan-favorite characters in special combat scenarios!

In addition to the release of Revenge of the Puffin, a free update for the main game will also be available to players, containing the new Endless Mode! This mode will allow players to go through a single run for eternity… or until they suffer an inglorious defeat. Whichever comes first.

This update also has fixes for some player-reported bugs, along with a handful of quality-of-life adjustments based on player requests.

BATTLE TRAIN is set against a backdrop of the world’s most exciting game show of the same name, where players take on the role of contestants to engage in train combat against Rival Champions. By collecting and playing cards, contestants build tracks to unlock resources, protect their own bases, and attack enemy structures. Tracks are played on the grid using cards, each with a resource cost. Connect a track to an enemy base to send a locomotive chock-full of explosives on a one-way ticket to the enemy. Destroy the rival champion’s bases first to win the round, earning new deck cards, currency for customization, train upgrades, and more. Players must outfit a powerful locomotive, craft a strategic deck, and use all their skills to out-blast opponents in a battle to become the Supreme President Conductor.
