Boss Battle - Shadow Lord

No one knows if anyone resides beneath the armor of the Shadow Lord. He silently leads his agents on the field in his deadly game of shadows. His quiet rage fuels his actions to bring a swift end to his victims. Do not make haste and watch your back or you may find a knife stuck in it.

In this encounter, make sure to watch your step - your own shadow could be your worst enemy.

If you back yourself into a wall, you'll be surrounded by the encroaching Shadow Creep.

However, if you push forward you'll open yourself up to a myriad of Backstab units such as the stout Gorehorn.

The Shadow Lord has been waiting to sate his anger through a razor edge, do your best not to find yourself on the wrong side of the blade.

"I'm not afraid of my own shadow! I won't run away!"

Your positioning in this fight will be vital.

While Shadow Lord will attempt to move freely whenever possible to bolster his forces, you shouldn't do the same!

Every step without proper backup will result in a new Assassin, so don't travel alone.

Defeat the Shadow Lord to earn a free Core Spirit Orb. In addition to this, you'll also earn a Boss Crate, which can be opened with a key purchased from the shop for 500 Diamonds. Each Orb contains a collection of items sure to enhance your Duelyst experience!
