“Combos For Cures” Sweepstakes
(the “Sweepstakes”) OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Sweepstakes begins on December 13, 2018 and ends on or about 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PT”) on December 20, 2018 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) individual sweepstakes: 1. Facebook and 2. Twitter.  For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in PT. The Sweepstakes computer of each website is the “official computer” and official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal US residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at  the time of entry (the “Entrant”).  Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) of Bandai Namco Entertainment (“Sponsor”) and each of its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) and the entities supplying the prizes herein (all of the aforementioned collectively referred to as the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  The Sweepstakes is void outside the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a Prize (defined in the “PRIZES” section below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: 
1.    Facebook:  You must be a registered Facebook® user. To become a registered user of Facebook®, visit www.facebook.com.  To enter, visit www.fb.gg.bandainamcoUS (the “Website”) during the the live stream on December 20, 2018 from 3:00pm PT to 5:00pm PT and comment with hashtag #CFCGiveaway. There is a limit of one (1) entry.  
2.    Twitter: Entrant must be a registered Twitter® user and have his/her profile settings set to “public”. To become a registered user of Twitter®, visit www.twitter.com to register.  To receive an entry, Entrant must quote the Sweepstakes-specific tweet (the “Tweet”) from @BandaiNamcoUS with the hashtag #CFCGiveaway during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry.  If an Entrant modifies, changes, or rearranges the original Tweet and does not include the hashtag, then the Entrant will not receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. Only a quote of the original Tweet from @BandaiNamcoUS will be eligible to receive an entry. If an Entrant’s Twitter® account is set to “protected mode” (private), the Entrant’s updates/responses will not be visible in Sponsor’s notification inbox; therefore, will not be received by Sponsor and Entrant will not receive an entry. Sponsor will not confirm receipt of entries for Entrants.

All Facebook entries need to be received during the live stream on December 20, 2018 from 3:00pm PT to 5:00pm PT.  All Twitter entries must be received by 5:00pm PT on December 20, 2018. You must enter each (Facebook and Twitter) in order to be eligible for each Sweepstakes drawing.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter or Facebook accounts, identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be assigned to the authorized account holder (“Authorized Account Holder”) of the Twitter or Facebook account used to enter (as described above). The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the account by Twitter, Inc. or Facebook, or other entity responsible for assigning accounts on behalf of Twitter, Inc. or Facebook, Inc. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter® or Facebook®. Entrant understands that he/she is supplying his/her information to the Sponsor and not to Twitter®or Facebook®.

Entries not meeting the requirements as set forth in these Official Rules or that contain prohibited, inappropriate, or irrelevant content, as determined by Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator in their sole discretion, will not be eligible and will be disqualified.  Any entry suspected by Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator of violating the proprietary rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights and rights of privacy/publicity), or any local, state or federal law will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Released Parties (defined in the “LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY” section below) are not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due  to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunication malfunctions, Entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that his/her entry may be shared on social media sites or other websites by the Sponsor.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

WINNING/ODDS: 
Facebook:  On or about December 20, 2018, three (3) prize winners from the Facebook entries will be selected based on the predetermined times randomly selected prior to the live stream The Entrant commenting with the hashtag closest to entering after the predetermined time will be selected as the prize winner.  Odds of winning via Facebook are dependent upon the time in which an Entrant comments during the live stream.

Twitter:  On or about December 21, 2018 two (2) prize winners from Twitter will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Independent Administrator from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each prize winner defined herein as “Prize Winner”.  Odds of winning via Twitter entry are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 
    
The Independent Administrator’s decisions are based upon his/her sole discretion and his/her interpretation of these Official Rules, and is final and binding in all respects.
    
Sponsor reserves the right not to award all Prizes (defined below) if, in their sole discretion, they receive an insufficient number of eligible entries. Prize Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

PRIZES: Each of the five (5) Prize Winners will be awarded a random game prize package (the “Prize”). Sponsor will determine the contents of the Prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is approximately $130. Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $650.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes. No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of Prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Any Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. No more than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all Prizes will be awarded.

NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS: 
Facebook: Potential Facebook Prize Winners will be notified by the Sponsor via direct message within one (1) to two (2) business days from the drawing date. The Notification will request that the potential Prize Winner private message the Sponsor with specific personal information to include first name, last name, physical street address, city, state, zip code, email address and date of birth (the “Required Information”). Potential Prize Winner must reply within two (2) days of receipt of the Notification. It is highly recommended that Entrants confirm their Facebook® notification settings are set to “public”.

Twitter: Potential Twitter Prize Winners will be contacted via @reply from the @BandaiNamcoUS Twitter® account. Potential Twitter Prize Winners will be required to send a direct message to @BandaiNamcoUS within two (2) days of the message date with specific personal information.  Potential Prize Winners will need to provide his/her first name, last name, physical address, city, state, zip, email address and date of birth.  It is highly recommended that you confirm your Twitter® notification settings are set to public.

In the event that: (a) a potential Prize Winner fails to respond to a notification; (b) a potential Prize Winner fails to respond due to deactivation of the potential Prize Winner’s account prior to receipt of the notification; (c) a potential Prize Winner’s account “protected mode” (private) is set so that the potential Prize Winner’s updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor’s @reply inbox, (d) a potential Prize Winner fails to supply all the required information; (e) any notification is returned as undeliverable; and/or (f) it is determined by the Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that the potential Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. Prize Winner consents to use his/her name, address (city & state), voice, biographical information, and /or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Sweepstakes only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

All Prizes will be awarded approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after all Prize Winners are verified.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize Winners [a] release each and all of the Released Parties (defined in the “LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY” section below), from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named  or  described)  with  respect  to  or  arising  out  of participation in the  Sweepstakes,  and/or  the  receipt  or use/misuse of the Prizes awarded, including, without limitation,  liability for  personal  injury,  death  or  property damage; and [b] agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Independent Administrator, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to  disqualify from this  Sweepstakes  any  Entrant  or  Prize Winner  it  believes  has  violated  these  Official  Rules. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost,  late,  misdirected, undeliverable or  incomplete  Entries,  whether  due  to  system  errors  or  failures, faulty transmissions or  other telecommunication malfunctions,  Entries  not  received resulting  from  any  hardware  or  software failures  of  any  kind,  lost  or  unavailable  network  connections,  failed,  incomplete  or  garbled computer   or   telephone   transmissions,   typographical   or   system   errors   and   failures,   faulty transmissions,  technical  malfunctions,  or  otherwise.  Sponsor  may  prohibit  an  Entrant  from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant  is  attempting  to  undermine  the  legitimate  operation  of  the  Sweepstakes  by  cheating, hacking, deception, or  other  unfair  playing practices, or  intending to  annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not  able  to  be  conducted as  planned,  including,  but  not  limited  to,  by  reason  of  infection  by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of  the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel,  terminate,  modify or suspend  the  Sweepstakes  and  select Prize Winners from those Entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. Notification of such action will be provided on the Website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF  CRIMINAL AND  CIVIL  LAW S  AND  SHOULD SUCH AN  ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES  THE  RIGHT  TO  SEEK  REMEDIES  AND  DAMAGES  (INCLUDING  ATTORNEY’S FEES)  FROM ANY SUCH  PERSON TO  THE  FULLEST EXTENT OF  THE LAW ,  INCLUDING CRIMINAL  PROSECUTION.  SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A W AIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:   By participating, Entrants and Prize Winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook®, Twitter®, the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by the Prize Winners, Entrants or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iii) any injury, damage or loss  to any person  (including death)  or property of any kind, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from  an  Entrant's  and/or Prize Winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or from the receipt, use or misuse of any prize; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (v) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or indecipherable entries; or (vi) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software.

DISPUTES: All Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or a prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues  and  questions  concerning the  construction,  validity,  interpretation  and  enforceability  of these  Official Rules, an  Entrant’s rights  and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules  (whether of New  York  or  any  other  jurisdiction),  which  would  cause  the  application  of  the  laws  of  any jurisdiction other than New York.

WINNER’S LIST REQUEST: For  the  name  of  the Prize Winners  or  a  copy of  these Official  Rules, please submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope by January 21, 2019 to “Combos for Cures” (please specify “Winner’s List” or “Rules Request”), PO Box 10505, Rochester, NY, 14610.
