ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN - Matchmaking and Remembrance
Welcome heroes of the night, the following article is here to help you with various matchmaking issues you may encounter, as well as important information to know regarding remembrance.
If you encounter "without password" matchmaking issues
- After confirming that the game is running on the online server, please exit the matching and try to launch the game again.
- If you are still not matched, please try restarting the game.
If you encounter "password" matchmaking issues
On all platforms :
Make sure the password is the same for all users – passwords are case-sensitive.
Make sure that all users are playing on the same platform.
In the Roundtable’s Expeditions Menu, please ensure that the expedition method is correctly set to Multiplayer Mode and not to Single Player Mode.
Please make sure all teammates select the same boss.
Please check if all members updated to the latest version and regulation of the game. These versions can be found in the lower right corner of the title screen.
Please check all members apply the same matchmaking setting.
Main menu>System>Network Setting>Out-of-region matchmaking
- If the matchmaking still doesn’t work, please try using platforms-specific party making features.
Remembrance progression
If multiple party members are progressing through Remembrance missions, matchmaking will fail. Only one person can proceed with personal goals on Limveld at a time.
Please note: The player progressing through their Remembrance mission should start the matchmaking process first.
Remembrance missions can be deactivated from the Journal menu in the Roundtable Hold.
