Emergency Maintenance Compensation and Next Steps
Greetings Pyreborn!
We want to provide you with a status update on the current situation following last night’s emergency maintenance.
First, we would like to apologize once more for this issue and the time you were unable to log into Bless Unleashed. We are working hard to ensure that this situation will not happen again.
We’ll be offering players a compensation package for this downtime as a thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Additionally, for those of you who still cannot log into Bless Unleashed, we want to provide an update for when you can expect to be able to return to Lumios.
Compensation
Beginning now, April 3 5:00 p.m., all players who log into Bless Unleashed before 11:59 PM PDT on Monday, April 6, will receive the following:
- Repair Tool x3
- Precise Repair Tool x2
- Weapon Fortification Stone (Rare) x10
- Armor Fortification Stone (Rare) x10
- Equipment Upgrade Stone (Rare) x5
- Gold Boost Ticket (1 hr) x3
- PvE Combat XP Boost Ticket (1 hr) x3
- Gold Chest (Lesser) x2
- 20% Star Seed Exchange (30 days) x1
- Artifact Core x500
The compensation will be sent as three separate mails to your account. The items contained in each mail may only be claimed once per account. So please ensure that you claim these items on the character you wish to have them! If you are currently playing, you will need to log back in to receive the compensation.
Update: We had to push the start of the compensation back until 5:00 PM PDT. Sorry!
Locked Accounts
Some players remain unable to access their Bless Unleashed account. Due to the nature of the bug, we have to manually remove items from a number of accounts. These accounts are currently locked, and players who attempt to log in to them at this moment will receive a message stating their account is banned.
Please be aware that this message is not wholly accurate, and we will be lifting the “ban” on your account after we have finished restoring your account to the status it was in prior to this bug. We will be working through the weekend to restore all accounts by the end of the day on Monday (April 6).
