Step Inside Our Work From Home Environments
Away from our office in Santa Clara, California, our team members are doing their best to continue their daily tasks from home. Pets, action figures and, of course, videogames are just some of the assets used by them to create a fun and cozy home office. Check some of their setups and experiences below!

As the social and community team leader, working from home, managing our social channels and the team that helps run it all, has been very challenging. Living with my partner and pet dog (Riley) has helped with the isolation while sheltering-in-place. We make it our goal to do one thing, each day, that doesn’t involve a screen. Also, having regular walks with Riley gives us a chance to step outside and breath some fresh air. To improve team moral and have some fun with my workmates, we try to have a weekly 2-hour block where we play an online game together. This gives us an opportunity to see each other, laugh, not be so serious, and bond outside of business-related work. It can be tough to find inspiration and motivation during these times but having made some of these changes in my life right now has helped a little in coping with this ongoing crisis. Take it day by day and hang in there.”
JAVIER RICO, Social Marketing & Community Team Leader

“Since I’m the youngest in my family and I have a driver’s license, I’m helping my parents and parents-in-law to stay home by buying groceries and other stuff for them so they can stay safe. Video games are a no-brainer option for me and I’m catching up on some game time, but I’m also spending my extra time binge watching shows on three different streaming services and have completed more than 14 courses on LinkedIn Learning!”
LEONARDO PONSONI, Sales LATAM Region

"I love to play video games, paint miniatures, solve puzzles, try to beat my Rubik’s cube time, modify arcade machines, build LEGO’s and any NERDY thing that you can imagine. On the other hand, I am also an active and athletic guy that burns energy by surfing, snowboarding, and skating. After so many weeks without sports it has been hard for me both physically and mentally as sports are my escape. This quarantine has helped me finish a lot of home projects and my dog LiL Gandhi has also been a lifesaver during these hard times. Please #stayhomestaysafe and use this time for projects that you have been putting to the side, learn a new language, enroll in an online course etc… Sky’s the limit!”
DIEGO PARAMIO, Social Marketing & Community Specialist, LATAM

“Coping with the current situation has not been too hard at all. I’m extremely lucky that the role I play at BANDAI NAMCO enables me to fulfill day-to-day responsibilities from home. Keeping a routine is a must! Whether it be binging your favorite tv shows and movies, to re-organizing forgotten areas at home, or to the weekly grocery supply run. Not to mention all the videogame worlds we all have more time to lose ourselves in!”
VICTOR DEL ROSARIO, Associate Digital Operations Manager

"During this Shelter in Place I have been spending a lot of time on YouTube watching Zumba and Yoga classes, game tutorials and working on growing my own channel. My most recent videos include cooking an assortment of Filipino food in the Instant Pot which I have had more time to film and edit due to the SIP. Sometimes it is difficult to remain motivated, but luckily, I have my dog Jaxx who barks at me to workout harder or edit my videos.”
CHRISIA MARIE PEREZ, Associate Events Manager

“I spend a big part of my day during shelter-in-place at my desk (and the kitchen for snacks) with my two dogs, Panini and Macchiato! I have been trying to work on some of my hobbies that I’ve neglected like sewing and journaling, but I am also trying some new things that I didn’t have time for before, like gardening! I have also been trying to catch up on my backlog of video games, so far, I’ve sunk 140 hours into my favorite video game. “
