Ongoing Account Issues

Greetings Pyreborn!

As we continue to work on cleaning up after the bug which affected our servers and required emergency maintenance last week, we wish to provide an update on how our work is going.

At this point, many of the accounts which were previously locked out of Bless Unleashed have had access to the game restored. However, there is still a small number of accounts which will require further work to be done before their access can be restored. Our teams are working diligently to restore services to these accounts. However, as we approach the end of Monday, we acknowledge that we will be unable to have all affected accounts restored by the end of the day.

To that end, we will be extending the compensation event for an additional week, to ensure that all players can receive the compensation package. 

We understand that this wait is difficult, and we thank you for your patience while we work to restore these accounts.
