Regarding Today’s Emergency Maintenance

Greetings Pyreborn!

This afternoon we were informed of a bug with the daily login rewards which allowed players to claim the daily login reward multiple times.

Due to this, we performed an emergency maintenance today to disable the daily login rewards. The daily login rewards are currently offline, and claiming them will not have any effect at this time. We will instead be mailing the daily login rewards to players through the mail each day until they come back online.

There are accounts that have temporary holds while the extra, unintended login rewards are being removed. The message will say “banned” but this is temporary. These accounts will be cleaned and released within 48 hours. We thank all those players who reported this issue to us in a timely manner.
