Scheduled Maintenance Notice: 3/5/2020

There will be Scheduled Maintenance tomorrow (03/05/20) beginning at 8:30 AM PT until 10 AM PT.

This maintenance will address, among other issues, the infamous full bag issue! You heard right -- you'll be able to reclaim your inventory space!

We will also be addressing an issue where players are not receiving the correct amount of their daily Valor Perk rewards AND making sure players receive the backlog of items they are owed!

But that's not all! We truly appreciate your patience and are giving back up to 7 days of Valor Perks to all Founders! Long story short, we understand you may not have been able to fully utilize your Valor Perks. Thus, your Valor Perks timer will be rolled back by the same amount of time you've used so far (Up to 7 Days).

Additional Patch Notes:

  • Quest items will now be properly cleaned up when a quest is failed or deleted. This should resolve the full inventory issue (colloquially known as the bag full problem).
  • Fixed an issue where if a player leaves the instance while in the middle of the main quest “A Likely Victim” in Kannus Mountains they are unable to proceed with the quest.

Account Issues

  • Any outstanding Lumena Shop purchases should now appear.
  • Players who received incorrect rewards from Valor Perks or Founder’s Packs will have the amount corrected.
    • This includes players who were waiting for their rewards to be delivered -- your rewards will be retroactively delivered to you!
    • This also includes Players who were given extra rewards -- these will be retroactively removed.
    • This does not solve the inability to delete Founder’s Pack cosmetics which cannot be used. This will be fixed in a future release. 
    • If you have items from Founder’s packs that cannot be used in your inventory and wish them removed, please reach out to our player experience team by visiting https://support.blessunleashed.com. 
  • As a thank you from the team for our amazing players, we will be rolling back Valor Perk timers up to 7 days based on how many days you’ve used.
    • If you have only used 4 days of Valor Perks, you will get 4 days back!
    • The maximum amount of days returned is 7 days.
