V2.22 STEAM PATCH NOTES

STEAM® Ver.2.22 Update Note: the investigation report and result for instances in which players who connect online after applying Ver.2.20 would find the in-game ranks and stats of Craig Marduk and Armor King reset (As of April 2nd, 2019) 

We report the investigation result and the correspondence to instances in which players who connect online after applying Ver.2.20 would find the in-game ranks and stats of Craig Marduk and Armor King reset. 

Cause of this issue
In update data Ver2.20, there was an issue with the save data processing for online in-game rank and stats. This caused the data preservation issue for Craig Marduk and Armor King.

Regarding lost data
We distributed the update data Ver.2.2.1 for STEAM on March 11th 2019 to prevent the reset issue.

We have been trying to find a solution to recover the data, however we judged that it would be impossible to recover it. We apologize for the inconvenience and plan to distribute a special item as a consolation.

Consolation
For all of players who purchased TEKKEN 7 STEAM version, we’re going to distribute the following customization item in the update data Ver.2.22 to be released on April 2nd 2019.

• Heihachi-Kun Effect (Orange)
• Heihachi-Kun Effect (Red)
• Heihachi-Kun Effect (Blue)
