Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. revealed a new trailer at Evo France showcasing gameplay for Roger Jr., bringing back the character first introduced in TEKKEN™5 as the third playable character of TEKKEN™8 Season 3. Roger Jr., the “Pocket Commander,” brings his unique blend of powerful attacks and devastating throws to defeat his foes this November. Additionally, Bandai Namco crowned X as Champion of the TEKKEN 8 tournament at Evo France, further setting the stage for the TEKKEN World Tour Finals, taking place at Evo Singapore 2027. TEKKEN 8 discovers Roger Jr. is wrongly framed for the destruction of a G Corporation building after dealing with his father, Roger, who has been unfaithful to his mother. He and his mother are now on a journey to defeat their assailants and take down the head of G Corporation. Using his Commando Wrestling fighting style, Roger Jr. uses his dynamic attacks and pro-wrestling throws to fend off his opponents and make it out of this manhunt alive.

Roger Jr. will be available for TEKKEN 8 Season Pass 3 holders on Thursday, November 12th in North America, while the character will be available for all on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Roger Jr. joins Bob, Kunimitsu, and the upcoming Yujiro Hanma as the characters of Season Pass 3.

Surprising fans at Evo France, the trailer also unveiled in-game looks of Yujiro Hanma, with the next trailer showcasing his gameplay to be revealed during the TEKKEN World Tour Finals on January 17, 2027.
