Hello Players!

It's been a long evening but through the tireless efforts of all of our team members, we're excited to say that the Bless Unleashed's servers are back online! Thank you so much to our amazing players for their patience and understanding as we worked to try and get the servers back up as soon as humanly possible.

The Fixes (IMPORTANT INFORMATION)

That said, we didn't come out unscathed and have some important information related to the emergency maintenance that occurred. Please carefully read the information below!

1. Accounts Under Investigation
   • Due to the effects of the issue, there were a handful of accounts that have been placed under additional investigation. These accounts will be temporarily blocked as the Player Experience team checks the integrity of these accounts.
   • Accounts that are being verified will encounter this message when trying to get into the game.
   • 
   • Please note that these accounts are NOT BANNED! The message is incorrect.
2. Marketplace Purchases
   • Affected Players may notice that purchases made from the Marketplace between 8:40PM PDT to 9:40PM PDT are missing. These items were considered dupes and have been purged from the game.
   • The Star Seed spent on these items will be returned to your character in the next few days.
3. Lumena Balance Adjustment
   • Players with inflated lumena balances will be reverted to the correct amount.

Compensation

We wanted to thank our amazing players for their patience during this trying time and are preparing a generous compensation package to help get players back up to speed. The full details of the package aren't finalized quite yet (we were focused on getting the servers back up!), but we will have the full details soon on just what we managed to stuff into it. Rest assured, we will make sure that it's something great :)
