The Summer Solstice Returns!
The Summer Solstice is returning once more! From June 7 to June 21, you'll be able to enjoy this festival in the world of Lumios!
Each year in Lumios, a rite of summer includes the annual swarm of magical salamanders with a flame on their tail that is always alight. The explosion in their population threatens the fields and homes of Federation citizens as the salamanders search for new nests.
In response, the Federation created a yearly festival, the Salamander Solstice, to encourage its citizens to hunt the Salamanders in exchange for the opportunity to earn fabulous rewards and fireworks to celebrate the season.
Players can hunt these Salamanders during the Salamander Solstice! Doing so will reward the player with Salamander Coins, or perhaps even a Salamander Nest Map Fragment!
Coins can be taken to Salamander Solstice Merchants in all major cities and exchanged for a variety of rewards!

- Salamander Solstice Chest
The Salamander Solstice Chest contains a number of rewards that you have a chance of receiving including the following:
- Popsicles
- Salamander Weapon Skins
- Fireworks
- Beach Trip Swimsuit Costume
- Beach Trip Headpiece Costume
If you can collect 8 Salamander Nest Map Fragments, you can take them to the Salamander Solstice Cartographer and exchange them for a Salamander Nest Map. Finding the nest can also reward you with Salamander Coins and other rewards!
In addition, while the festival is running, players will receive a daily prize of random dyes, SXP Scrolls, and Bless Breaths when they first log in for the day!
The Salamander Solstice begins June 7 at 11:00 AM PDT (2:00 PM EDT, 18:00 UTC) and ends at 11:00 AM PDT on June 21, so get ready to celebrate, and hunt down some flaming lizards!
