DRAGON BALL FighterZ FAQ

December 20, 2017

When is the Open Beta going to take place?

The Open Beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ will begin Sunday, January 14 at midnight PST and run for ~48 hours, closing at 11:59pm on Monday, January 15.

Early Access to the Open Beta is available for consumers who pre-order on the Xbox and PlayStation digital storefronts. Early Access will be available from Saturday, January 13 at midnight PST.

How do I access the Open Beta?

Search the Xbox or PlayStation stores for "Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta". Download this beta client and be ready at midnight on Sunday, January 14 when the servers turn on!

How do I get access to the Early Access to the Open Beta?

Early Access to the Open Beta is available only if you pre-ordered on the Xbox and PlayStation digital storefronts (www.xbox.com or store.playstation.com)

I pre-ordered digitally on the xbox.com or store.playstation.com store but I still can’t get into the Early Access.

If you pre-ordered digitally through the Xbox or PlayStation stores, you’ll be able to access Early Access, however you will need to download an additional DLC item in order to get in. Please SEARCH the store for Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta Early Access and download this DLC to activate your Early Access to the Open Beta. On Xbox, you can also search for “DBFighterzBETA” to help find the early access DLC.

I pre-ordered the digital version of the game at GameStop/Walmart Amazon/Best Buy/or other brick-and-mortar retailer. Can I access Early Access for the Open Beta?

Early Access for the Open Beta is an incentive for purchasing directly from the Xbox and PlayStation digital stores.

Is pre-load available?

Pre-load will be available starting 1/12 at midnight in each country (based on EST for the United States).

When will I receive my Ultimate Edition incentive items?
