Developed by Spike Chunsoft and harnessing the power of Unreal® Engine 5, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO promises lightning-paced combat, large destructible environments, and stunning visuals powered by new-gen platforms to deliver the sequel to the DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI TENKAICHI series fans have been waiting for after a more than a 15-year hiatus. The new trailer unveils new character roster additions from the Buu Saga, the last of the DRAGON BALL Z anime series. This arc introduces the legendary Majin Buu, a powerful and unpredictable villain who threatens the universe and has been sealed for millions of years. The Z Fighters unite to defeat Buu and save the world.

The Buu Saga character trailer reveals Super Buu (Gotenks Absorbed), Super Buu (Gohan Absorbed), and Kid Buu, expanding the game's roster of playable characters. Kid Buu is the original form of Majin Buu, known for his pure evil and immense destructive power. Super Buu (Gotenks Absorbed) is a fusion of Majin Buu and Gotenks, known for his incredible speed, and Super Buu (Gohan Absorbed) is a powerful form created when Majin Buu absorbs Gohan.

Marking the return of the revered BUDOKAI TENKAICHI DRAGON BALL fighting game franchise, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO brings the series forward to a new era by pushing the envelope for gameplay and features in an arena brawler. The game’s gravity-defying fights capture each DRAGON BALL character’s signature destructive powers and Ki abilities, all showcased in stunning detail with damage capable of destroying entire parts of the arena.
