The final tally may surprise fans who speculated on the number of characters in the game based on a ‘honeycomb’ graphic that filled up with each new character reveal. Today, Bandai Namco shattered expectations by unveiling the complete roster. The 27 new fighters added to the final roster of 181 fighters now feature iconic characters from DRAGON BALL Z original feature films joining the battle. The roster additions include Broly (Z), Broly (Z) Super Saiyan, and Broly (Z) Legendary Super Saiyan from the 1993 film Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan. Cooler, in both his Final Form and Metal Cooler versions, from Cooler’s Revenge and The Return of Cooler, also make an appearance. Additionally, Android 13 and Fusion Android 13 from Super Android 13, Super Garlic Jr. from Dead Zone, Dr. Wheelo from The World’s Strongest, Lord Slug and his Giant Form from Lord Slug, Turles from The Tree of Might, and Bojack alongside Full-Power Bojack from Bojack Unbound complete the expanded lineup.
Following the epic defeat of Majin Buu, DRAGON BALL Super takes the action to new heights and incorporates the Universe 6 Saiyans, Cabba along with his Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 forms, and Frost into the roster. The roster also includes Toppo, the formidable God of Destruction from the Pride Troopers of Universe 11 as well as the notorious Frieza Force Soldier.

ZERO promises lightning-paced combat, large destructible environments, and stunning visuals powered by new-gen platforms to deliver the sequel to the DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI TENKAICHI series fans have been waiting for after a more than a 15-year hiatus.
