SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada - FAQ: Transitioning to the Offline-Exclusive Game
Q1. Is the offline version free? Do I need to re-purchase the game?
The customers who already have "SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada" can update it to the offline version for free.
Regarding the physical package, it is playable through applying update data of the offline version by using the applicable game disc.
Q2. Do I need to execute any procedures to transfer my play data?
Yes. The customers need to complete the designated transition procedures while activating the game with a stable Internet connection to transfer their online version's play data to the offline version during the designated period for transferring data.
In the transition procedures, the saved data in the server is supposed to be transferred to the saved data for the offline version.
If the transition procedures are not executed, the customers will start to play the offline version with new save data. We will announce the specific procedures, the required game version, the confirmation screen and how to check the completion status before launching the transition.
Q3. Can I use my SYN COINS for 150 days even after I purchased them following the announcement?
Yes. The paid SYN COINS purchased by the end of the sales are supposed to be usable 150 days after their initial activation.
In addition, we set the sales end date to secure the 150-day expiration period for the SYN COINS purchased after the announcement and just before the sales end.
Be aware of the expiration dates of your intended purchase items and SYN COINS when you make plans to purchase items.
Q4. Can I get a refund for the unused paid SYN COINS?
No. We will not refund the unused paid SYN COINS.
The paid SYN COINS are usable 150 days after their initial activation following the purchase. The customers can purchase applicable in-game contents using the SYN COINS within each expiration date even after the sales end.
Please note that the expired SYN COINS will no longer be usable, so make sure your own SYN COINS balances and expiration dates and use them before they expire. Visit the designated SYN COINS page to check the sales end date and handling of them.
