Handling of the End of Sales / Expiration / Unused Balance of SYN COINS
We are ending the sales of the paid in-game tokens "SYN COINS" as of December 18, 2026 (Fri) 00:00 [JST] due to transitioning "SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada" to the offline-exclusive game.
Even after ending the sales, the customers who already have "SYN COINS" still can use them for purchasing designated in-game contents within their expiration dates.
Please note that the end of the sales date and their expiration dates are different as follows:

Use after the sales end
After ending the sales as of December 18, 2026 (Fri) 00:00 [JST], the additional new SYN COINS will no longer be available. Even after ending the sales, the customers who already have "SYN COINS" still can use them for purchasing designated in-game contents within each expiration date. Once the SYN COINS expire, they cannot be used even though the customers have them.
Purchased items
The items such as costumes which were purchased by using SYN COINS will be able to be transferred to the offline-exclusive game by executing applicable data transfer within the designated duration. The applicable items and the transfer conditions will be simultaneously announced with the disclosure of details for the data transfer.
Refund
We will not refund the unused paid SYN COINS.
The paid SYN COINS are usable 150 days after the initial activation following the purchase. Please use your paid SYN COINS before they expire.
