Unknown 9: Awakening’s Live-Action Trailer Unveiled

The game’s latest trailer, which premiered at Opening Night Live, is all about Haroona’s evolution from pupil to hero. Not only do you witness Anya Chalotra bring our heroine to life in all her fierceness, but you also get a preview at the game’s official them song, A Light Lies Within, co-created and performed by singer-songwriter BANKS!

Haroona is prepared to leverage her ties to the Fold—another plane of existence she realizes she’s visited countless times, for as long as she can remember. She knows this shadow realm harbors much danger but conquering it can unleash her Umbric potential along with a vast amount hidden knowledge.

Powerful Umbric abilities on display

The Gameplay Walkthrough Trailer gave you a taste of the different Umbric approaches you can take to tackle Ascendant forces, and the Live-Action trailer puts some of her most impressive combat, stealth, and Umbric moves on display.

Get up close and personal with Haroona, going beyond quick-paced melee sequences, as she hurls Umbric energy to Push an opponent away. Catch her Stepping into an Ascendant to take out one of his comrades and witness her wielding her mysterious Shroud ability.
